Large and brand-new room with a historic feel, really helpful staff - everything was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed our large and varied breakfast with sweet and bacon and sweet croissants. The service here was excellent.

Excellent location, excellent staff, great breakfast, cleanliness in the hotel and room. Close to the subway and Termini station.

There were problems with Wi-Fi in the room, the hotel lobby with Wi-Fi was fine.

Location is great, few minutes to Termini station that can get you anywhere. Room is spacious and very clean, bed is comfortable. Clean bathroom.

Scary dirty old elevator and flight of stairs before reaching room in the different building than the main hotel. Breakfast so simple and start only at 7 so if you go on early tour trips you have to get your own outside. No socket for 220v and not so nice receptionist. Also double charged my credit card and has not refunded to date!

The room is quite big, the breakfast is good and tasty. Close to Termini Station and to Metro Station.

Wi-fi is not free and costs 5 eur/3 hours, the carpet floor in the room was not in ideal condition. No own restaurant.
